Actress Rashmika Mandanna recently posted a special message on social media for her co-star Amitabh Bachchan, whose major Bollywood debut Goodbye debuted in theatres today. The actress posted a video from Amitabh Bachchan’s profile on her Instagram stories along with the message, “Always supporting and guiding me throughout as my mentor and also as my papa. Watch Tara and Papa with your entire family in cinemas near you”.

Amitabh Bachchan can be seen on camera speaking to Rashmika on the phone as she is nervous for the movie in the Instagram photo that the seasoned actor shared. Amitabh tries to encourage Rashmika when she reveals that she is anxious about the film’s release by asking, “Why are you nervous?” He continues by complimenting her on her performance in the film. Amitabh also shares with her a recent tweet he made encouraging others to stop worrying and start anticipating positive outcomes. He continues by complimenting her on her “beautiful” portrayal of Tara in the movie Goodbye.” The seasoned actor says she did a fantastic job in the movie and that he has grown to love her.

He states at the conclusion of the video, “Hard work has no substitute. I am confident that the audience will see your hard work. And I am confident that you will receive much love and appreciation from the Indian film industry”. He posted a video with the message, “When in doubt, call your parivaar.” Look at the video below.

In Goodbye, Rashmika Mandana makes her Bollywood debut. Her Hindi debut was scheduled to be in the Sidharth Malhotra-starring movie Mission Majnu, however, the movie hasn’t yet been released. Goodbye also has actors Ashish Vidyarthi, Elli AvrRam, Sunil Grover, Shivin Narang, Sahil Mehta, and Abhishekh Khan. A Sreekar Prasad edited the movie, which was shot by Sudhakar Reddy Yakkanti, and Amit Trivedi provided the soundtrack.
