Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi’s Virata Parvam have been released today. Virata Parvam is a romantic action thriller movie directed by Venu Udugula. It is bankrolled by Suresh Babu and Sudhakar Cherukuri. Priyamani, Nandita Das, Naveen Chandra, Zarina Wahab, Easwari Rao, and Sai Chand assume supporting roles. The film has A Sreekar Prasad’s editing, Suresh Bobbili’s music, and Dani Sanchez-Lopez’s cinematography.
Virata Parvam Story
The story spins around a Naxalite movement that occurred in the Telangana region during the 1990s. The narrative is based on true incidents.
Sai Pallavi plays the role of Vennela, an intelligent, strong-willed, and adamant girl who loves Ravanna subsequent to perusing books composed by him under the pen name- Aranya. Her search for adoration and Ravanna’s path of revolution coincide. What will happen next?
Virata Parvam Review
The film gets going with the introduction of Vennela and her life as a youngster. She has an opportunity to read several books written by Ravanna and experiences passionate feelings for him. Then she begins her journey to meet him leaving her family and in that process faces many hurdles and finally meets him and confesses her love towards him Regardless of whether he acknowledges her is the excess story. SaiPallavi is the legend of the film and has more runtime than Rana and she has worked really hard as Vennela. Rana as Ravanna has additionally succeeded in his job. The rest of the cast is also good.
The film starts well but slows down in the middle even though there are some high moments here and there but they will not save us as the second half feels flat with a good climax. But will require to have lots of patience to watch it. Overall it has an average first half and an ok second half. The director tries to tell the story in a realistic way however the results are not appealing.
This is not a regular commercial flick and has the same flavor which we have seen in many Naxal movies. The background music is good. The performance by Sai Pallavi and the rest of the cast is excellent.
