The film will have its world premiere on May 19 at the 75th Annual Cannes Film Festival. This is for the first time that Cannes will have an official Country of Honour. However, it will continue annually with different nations in the future too

The actor took to his virtual entertainment handle to report the huge news, in this manner leaving fans very excited about the film. In a meeting with a news channel, Madhavan said: “As a debut director, my nervousness is making it difficult for me to breathe and all I hope is to make India proud. ”

In the meantime, On April 26, the producers of Kamal Hassan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahad Faasil declared that the trailer of the film launched on May 18 at Cannes Film Festival. Helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Kamal Haasan’s creation, Raaj Kamal Films International, the music is scored by Anirudh Ravichander for the film.


Coming to Rocketry, the story of the film is based on  Nambi Narayanan, a previous rocket scientist at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), who was falsely accused of espionage, and captured in 1994.

The Nambi Effect will be a trilingual film delivered in English, Hindi, and Tamil. The film will likewise include Shah Rukh Khan in an appearance job for Hindi and English forms, though Suriya will show up in the Tamil dialect. Rocketry: The Nambi Effect will release overall in theaters on July 1, 2022.
