The Telugu film Hanuman starring Teja Sajja and Amrita Amrita Iyer was the first block buster hit of the year. The film is directed by Prashant Verma. The film received a good response at the box office. The film hit the theaters on December 12. Vinay Rai, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Raj Deepak Shetty, Vennala Kishore, Sathya and Get Up Srinu played the other characters. The film was budgeted at Rs 60 crore and collected Rs 350 crore at the box office. Hanuman is the second highest grossing film of 2024. Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah met the film’s lead and director in person and congratulated the film after the good response to the film. Amit Shah met the film’s hero Teja Sajja and director Prasanth Varma in person and presented Hanuman statue to both of them. Amit Shah himself shared the pictures with both of them. “The team has done a commendable job in showcasing India’s spiritual traditions and the superheroes that have emerged from them.
