Preparation of Tasty Rava Dosa

Preparation of Tasty Rava dosa, breakfast recipe

Required Ingredients :-

  1. Semolina 3/4th cup (chiroti rava)
  2. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  3. Maida 3 tblspn
  4. Finely chopped onion (1)
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1tspn
  6. Cumin seeds or cumin powder
  7. Pepper powder 1tspn
  8. Coriander finely chopped
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Water
  11. Green chillies (2) finely chopped

Preparation Method :-
In a bowl add semolina, rice flour and Maida. Add water and salt

Mix it well without any lumps to get a flowing consistency

Then add finely chopped onion, coriander, green chillies, pepper powder, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and mix it well

Keep the mixture aside for 20-30 minutes

Later pour the mixture on the tava and add little oil on it and cook till golden brown

Serve it hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney..

Note: the mixture should be thin….( running consistency/ watery). 2 tablspn of Wheat flour, ragi flour, jowar flour, gram flour can also be added…. but it’s optional.
