Preparation of Tasty Muffins

Muffins are the most loved desert by kids .. instead of buying it from outside, prepare muffins for your kids through your own hands…

Ingredients and method is same as the previous cake preparation ….
Same cake batter should be poured in cup cake liners…

Ingredients required for Butter Frosting

  1. butter (room temperature) 150gms
  2. Icing sugar 12 Tbspn
  3. Vanilla essence 1/2 Tspn
  4. Milk 5Tbspn

Preparation Method :-
Milk, sugar and vanilla essence should bee mixed well and refrigerated for 2 to 3 hours (not in deep freezer)
Beat the butter in a bowl until pale and fluffy for about 10 minutes with a hand mixer and with balloon whisker it takes time of about 20 min or so (depending on speed of whisking)
Add 1 Tbspn of cold milk mixture slowly and beat it
Repeat the process until milk is over
And frost the muffins or any cake

Yummy Muffins

Note: oven baking time…. 325°F for 25 min
In cooker….. until the top of the cup cake turns brown…
