Preparation of Soft and Spongy Vanilla Cake

Who doesn’t love cake? Everybody loves cake. For any occasion, we need cake to celebrate it… Birthday, Get-together , Memorable day, Marriage Anniversary, Homecomings, be it any occasion, a Tasty Yummy Cake is must and should to celebrate an occasion.. so here is the recipe for the preparation of Soft and Spongy Vanilla Cake..

Required Ingredients :-

1) 1 and a half tea cup full Maida
2) 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3) 1 tea cup sugar powder
4) Half a cup milk
5) Baking powder
6) 2 Eggs
7) Milk

Preparation Method :- Beat the eggs very well until it becomes lighter and looks better than original.
Mix sugar and oil and stir them till it becomes fluffy. Add beaten eggs and mix everything well.

Prepare maida mix by adding baking powder and seive to avoid any lumps.

Now add the maida mixture gradually to the batter prepared by mixing sugar , oil and egg.

While stirring, the mixture becomes dense so add milk in small amount to make it smooth.

Add vanilla and mix well. Pour batter into the greased bake tin and bake for about 40 min at 170°.
