Vyjayanthi Films celebrates 50th-anniversary. They announced their latest project with Prabhas is the hero in a new movie based on the fictional Third World War with an investment of Rs 400 crore. Filming for the film, titled Prabhas 21, will start after the action thriller is in the works. The film is directed by Nag Ashwin.
According to sources, the film is being produced as a sci-fi movie. Apart from Telugu, the movie will also be available in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and English. Translators are also being considered. Nag Ashwin is a director who won the box office at the awards and film Mahanadi. Prabhas’ last release was Saho, which was launched at a cost of Rs 300 crore. The Hindi version of the film and the Telugu version of the film performed well and earned a profit for the producers even when they received only average comments. Radhakrishna Kumar is directing the film which is currently in progress.
According to a tweet by director Nag Ashwin, his film with Prabhas is going to be a “pan-world” project. The makers are planning to begin the shoot by this year-end, and have plans to release it by 2021 year-end.
