Akshaya Premnath ( Born 7th October 1994) is an Indian Actress cum Fashion Designer from Kerala. Akshaya holds Postgraduate ( Master of Fashion Technology) from the National Institute of Fashion Technology- Chennai. and B. Tech from CUSAT- Kochi.
She started her professional career at the age of 23 for the Malayalam Movie. She went on to design costumes for the television commercials for Walkmate, Kerala Vision Broadband Ad, and Many More.
Some of these ads featured major film actors of South India Such as Nayantara, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Pavithra Lakshmi. Akshaya’s first film as Costume Designer is Qurbani ( Starring Shane Nigam) and she has big Budget Projects from Malayalam:-
* Qurbaani ( Starring Shane Nigam)Directed by Debutant Geo and Produced by Maha Subair- Varnachithra Films.
* One ( Starring Mammootty, Joju George, Murali Gopi, Siddique, Ranjith, Madhu, Nimisha Sajayan, Jagadeesh) which will be Political- Thriller Drama with Huge start cast Directed by Santosh Viswanathan and scripted by Popular Duo Bobby- Sanjay and the movie is bankrolled by Ichais Production House.
* Suresh Gopi 250th Film – Untitled:- Directed by Mathew Thomas and Produced by Tomichan Mulakuppadam
* Eriyum Kannadi (Starring Nakul, Sunaina)- Tamil Movie
* Michaels Coffee House
