Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan is producing the film under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment. Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone will appear in a guest role in the film. Vijay Sethupathi plays the villain in the film. Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra are also playing the lead roles in the film.

After a gap of four years, Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan was a huge success in the theatres. Meanwhile, Jaawan is being shot in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages. Dubbed and released in Kannada and Malayalam languages. Meanwhile, it is reported that the OTT rights of ‘Jawaan’ are owned by Netflix. According to reports, Netflix has acquired digital rights for Rs 120 crore. All India satellite rights of the film are owned by Zee TV. It is also reported that ‘Jawan’ has acquired 250 crores by selling satellite and OTT rights.
