Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s Bimbisara performs good on OTT

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s Bimbisara was released on ZEE5 on Friday, October 21. Soon after being released on the streaming platform. Soon it was announced that the Telugu fantasy has clocked 100 million streaming minutes in very less time. Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s Bimbisara is doing well on the OTT. The film is streaming in different languages, including Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Telugu. Movie lovers are liking the film.

The Nandamuri Kalyan Ram became a commercial success when it was released in theatres on August 5. The film got a similar response on ZEE5. Mallidi Vashisht is the writer and director of the project. The narration of the story is based on the life of Bimbisara, the Magadha ruler of the 5th century BC.  Nandamuri can be seen playing double roles of Bimbisara and Devadatta. The movie has a time travel concept.

The film is produced by Hari Krishna K on the NTR Arts banner. The period fantasy film also stars Catherine Tresa, Samyuktha Menon, Warina Hussain, Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji, and Srinivasa Reddy in pivotal roles. It is a periodical and science fiction movie. The music was composed by Keeravani along with Chirantan Bhatt.

Chota K Naidu handled the cinematography. Tammi Raju did the editing and Kiran Kumar Manne was in charge of art direction. On the work front, the actor is having one more film with Mythri Movie Makers. But the film will be directed by a different director. Kalyan Ram will be doing a triple role for the first time in this movie.
