Veteran Telugu star Nagarjuna would not respond to the theater ticket value issue in Andhra Pradesh. During the pre-release occasion of his film ‘Bangarraju‘ on Wednesday. A journalist had addressed Nagarjuna on the insignificant ticket pricing for the films in Andhra Pradesh. Nagarjuna would not respond on the matter, expressing that he would rather not address any political issues during a film occasion.
“I refuse to comment on political issues, as this is a movie-related event. I can only talk about ‘Bangarraju’ the ‘Manmadhudu’ entertainer said. Nagarjuna had before said, “I have no problem even if the prices are low. My movie is fine with these prices. Maybe it will collect a little lesser money at the box office. But there is no problem.”
Right after a cut in film ticket costs and theater seizures, the Telugu entertainment world has been facing a lot of obstacles in Andhra Pradesh. A couple of VIPs like Nani, Ram Gopal Varma, Raghavendra Rao have gone against the state government’s decision.
Bangarraju is gearing up for release on January 14 for the Sankranti festival. Directed by K. Kalyan Krishna, the film also stars Naga Chaitanya, Krithi Shetty, and Fariaa Abdullah.
