Tollywood whizzes Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya‘s Bangarraju are doing amazingly well even in the pandemic. The film is as of now a blockbuster and the group commended a grand event ‘Bangarraju Blockbuster meet’ with fans in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh.
Talking at the occasion, Nagarjuna said,
“The whole world was terrified and everyone thought nobody would watch a movie under such circumstances. Movies were stopped in Bollywood too, but our Telugu movie lovers wanted to watch something good on Sankranti. So, it is the audience that made the movie a blockbuster. My salute to them.
Everyone says the movie is a hit because of my confidence on the script, but the fact is I trusted the Telugu audience. I did not come to talk about collections as they are nothing before your love. Seeing all the love, I want to thank my father Akkineni Nageswara Rao. All your love is because of him.”

Naga Chaitanya looked exceptionally content with the reaction to the film. He said, “You gave our career-best openings. We are going to witness career-best collections as well. Bangarraju is a film to be remembered forever. I was initially hesitant to play this character, but Kalyan Krishna was encouraging. He got me close to the audience with Rarandoi and took me much closer to them with this film. Thanks to everyone who worked on the film – the team is like gold.”
Krithi Shetty, who scored a full go-around hit with this film, was a significant fascination at this occasion. “Bangarraju means Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya. They are gold in real life as well and am very happy to act with them. I really enjoyed this role and I give credit to the director Kalyan Krishna. Ramya Krishna is an amazing actor and it was a pleasure to work with her. Thanks to everyone who worked on this movie,” she said.
