Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh on Monday denied the murder of the actor Sushant Singh Rajput in the AIIMS report, saying on Monday that I was not surprised, the team at Cooper Hospital also had the same conclusion. Earlier, he had said that the Mumbai Police is maintaining the results of its investigation.

The Mumbai Police Commissioner said that those who criticized our investigation without any information, made comments on various channels, I challenge them to disclose that what they know, the investigation is still completely confidential. It was all vested interests and a motorized campaign.

Significantly, the AIIMS medical board said on Saturday that Rajput died by suicide and this is not a case of murder. On this news, Singh had said that the investigation of the city police was professional and the doctors of the Cooper Hospital of the city who performed the postmortem also did their work well. The Commissioner of Police said that we all agree with these findings of AIIMS.sushant-statue

Will request CBI chief to constitute a new forensic team

Advocate Vikas Singh, the family of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, said on Sunday that he was very upset with the opinion of AIIMS submitted to the CBI. He said that he would request the head of the investigating agency that a new forensic team be formed in the case.

Questioning the AIIMS medical board’s denial of the possibility of Rajput’s murder, senior advocate Singh said how the expert team can give a conclusive opinion without the actor’s body. Singh had tweeted that he was very upset with the AIIMS report. I am going to request the CBI Director to set up a new forensic team.

Singh had said how the AIIMS team can give a decisive report without an autopsy, on a shoddy post-mortem done by Cooper Hospital (in Mumbai), which does not even mention the time of death. AIIMS forensic head Sudhir Gupta said on Saturday that the medical board has denied murder in the case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death and called it a ‘suicide case’.
