Mohanlal has shared a glimpse of the making video of “Barroz”

The renowned Malayalam actor Mohanlal, who has worked in movies for more than 40 years, is transitioning into directing with the release of the movie “Barroz.” An alleged 3D fantasy movie is currently being produced at a breakneck pace, and Mohanlal has now provided a sneak peek. The BTS video depicts Mohanlal providing instructions to the actors and crew, and he appears to be fully enjoying the acting and directing processes.

“Barroz,” directed by Mohanlal, is based on the Jijo Punnoose short story “Barroz – Guardian of D’Gama’s Treasure.” Jijo Punnoose is a seasoned director best known for creating “My Dear Kuttichathan,” the country’s first 3D movie, as well as being the first person in South Indian cinema to create a film (Padayottam) in the 70 mm format. Veteran filmmaker Santosh Sivan has also been brought on board for the project, and Lydian Nadhaswaram, a young prodigy, is composing the soundtrack.

The production of “Barroz – Guardian of D’Gama’s Treasure” is enormous, and there are some unconfirmed rumors that Mohanlal will collaborate with an international team on the movie’s post-production. Mohanlal will be portrayed by the title character, Barroz, who has been guarding a treasure for 400 years. In addition, the actor had a stunning makeover for the role. He appeared in a tonsured look in the first look poster of the film.

Mohanlal has recently wrapped up the shoot of ‘Olavum Theeravum’, a part from the upcoming anthology based on MT Vasudevan Nair’s short stories.
