It was a hard hit for Mammootty fans when the superstar was tested positive for Covid-19 as of late. He had to stop going for the profoundly expected fifth and last portion of the CBI series, likely named ‘CBI-5’. Yesterday, the director of the series K Madhu posted an image with actor Mammootty and the ‘CBI-5’ group and left the fans puzzling over whether the actor has returned to the shoot.
Sharing the image, director K. Madhu wrote a note that read, “Sharing good vibes. Team CBI on the sets.” Soon the post was overflooded with comments from the fans who were all inquisitive with regards to whether the group had restarted the shooting for ‘CBI-5’. Till now the creators haven’t formally reported any reports on something similar. A large number of the fans were also anxious to know the reports on Mammootty’s wellbeing.

Film music writer Jakes Bejoy also shared an image with Mammootty on the sets of ‘CBI-5’ on his official Instagram handle. Sharing the image Jakes Bejoy wrote a note that read, “With Iyer on duty. With dearest Mammukka. I think I look older. This is a pic taken early. #CBI5 #Mammootty.” Jakes Bejoy will repeat the notable ‘CBI’ background score in the forthcoming portion of the ‘CBI’ series.
Writer S.N. Swamy will pen down the story for the impending CBI portion and the movie will be directed by K Madhu. As of late a glimpse at Mammootty’s look in ‘CBI – 5’ was released officially by the producers and the fans were truly eager to see the famous person ‘Sethurama Iyer’ making his rebound.
CBI 5 has a tremendous cast list that incorporates Mammootty, Dileesh Pothan, Ramesh Pisharody, Soubin Shahir, Lijo Jose Pellissery, Asha Sharath, Sai Kumar, and Renji Panicker.
