Mamangam Movie review, Mamanga Festival has started in Kerala

Mammootty’s epic period drama Mamangam has released today. Mamangam is a big-budget movie directed by M Padmakumar. Unni Mukundan, Kaniha Prachi Tehlan, Megastar, Vanni floors are coming to Kerala. The film is centered around the Mamanka festival. It tells the story of ‘suicide’ warriors plotting to overthrow the Zamorin ruler. Apart from Mammootty, Unni Mukundan, Kaniha, Anu Seethara, Tarun Raj Arora, Prachi Tehlan, Sudev Nair, Suresh Krishna, Manikuttan and Siddique also star in the movie.

Mamangam, the historical drama which features Mammootty in the lead role is all set to hit the theatres today. The highly-anticipated film, which is directed by M Padmakumar, is having a record release with about 400 screens in Kerala alone. Mamangam has been simultaneously released in four languages, including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.

The Mammootty starrer has been making headlines right from the beginning with its stellar star cast, talented technical crew, and whopping budget. The recently released teaser, trailer, and song videos have totally impressed the audiences and raised the expectations over Mamangam, which is said to be the most expensive project of Mammootty’s acting career.

Reportedly, the megastar is essaying the role of a defeated chaaver (suicide attacker) within the moving-picture show, that revolves around the legendary Mamangam pageant that happed at the banks of Bharathapuzha, Thirunavaya. Mammootty is showing in four totally different get-ups within the moving-picture show. However, the manufacturers haven’t discovered the main points of his character, which is alleged to be the largest suspense issue of the film.

Achuthan, the newcomer kid creative person essays an important role in Mamangam. Unni Mukundan, the young actor seems as Chandroth Panicker within the historical drama, that options Prachi Tehlan, Semitic deity Sithara, and Kaniha because of the feminine leads. Shankar Ramakrishnan has written the custom-made book and dialogues for Mamangam, which is made by Venu Kunnappilly for Kavya Films.
