The Kerala release of Malikappuram was on December 30, 2022. The film also did well at the box office from day one. Malikappuram is composed of Abhilash Pillai. Siju Kurup, Indrans, Manoj K Jayan, Ramesh Pisharati, Sampath Ram, Devananda, and Sripad are the main characters in the film.
