In addition to being a talented actor, Mahesh Babu is also a devoted family man. He married Namrata Shirodkar in 2005 after falling in love with her. He is a devoted and caring spouse. Mahesh and Namrata first started dating each other in 2000 on the sets of their movie “Vamsi”. The pair got married in a lavish ceremony in 2005 after dating for several years. They currently have two children: a son Gautham and a daughter Sitara.

Namrata made her professional debut in 2000 with the song “Vamsi.” Later, in 2005, she made an appearance in the Chiranjeevi film “Anji.” She also contributed to the 1999 film “Ezhupunna Tharakan” and the 2003 film “Jamindar” in Malayalam. Her well-known Hindi films include, to name a few, “Maseeha,” “Dil Vil Pyar Vyar,” “Tera Mera Saath Rahen,” “Aaghaaz,” “Astitva,” “Pukar,” and “Hera Pheri.”

Mahesh Babu will soon start shooting for SSMB 28 once he returns from London. The film is helmed by Trivikram and has Pooja Hegde as the heroine.
