Mahesh Babu to team up with Chiyaan Vikram for Trivikram Srinivas’s next

Vikram-Mahesh

Chiyaan Vikram who has tried different characters all the time in his past movies is set to share screen space with Mahesh Babu in Trivikram Srinivas’ directorial. Mahesh Babu has reported joining hands with Trivikram Srinivas, and the film is likely named ‘SSMB 28’. The pair have come together after 11 years, and the film shooting is set to start. The producers are apparently in converses with Chiyaan Vikram for a key role. However, the Mahaan actor is yet to sign the contract.
‘SSMB 28’ will be a major undertaking if we consider Chiyaan Vikram joining the group. We can anticipate that the film should be a Pan Indian release as it includes two driving stars from the South Indian industry. Even though Vikram has played a supporting role in the 2018 film ‘Kadaram Kondan’, he was last seen in a character of negative shade long back in 2010 in Mani Ratnam’s directorial ‘Raavanan’.
Chiyaan Vikram has completed the shooting for ‘Cobra‘ and ‘Ponniyin Selvan’, and he will start the work for his 61st film with Pa Ranjith soon. The untitled film is produced by Studio Green, and the creators are yet to settle the cast and group for the film.
Mahesh Babu, meanwhile, has started shooting for his Trivikram film, which will reunite him with Pooja Hegde after their blockbuster Maharshi. The actor is waiting for its new release Sarkaru Vaari Paata. The film is directed by Parasuram Petla. It will release in theatres on May 12. Sarkaru Vaari Paata marks Mahesh Babu’s first film with Keerthy Suresh.
