M-town actor Dileep files plea to subdue case after the bail

After 7 days of getting anticipatory bail from the Kerala High Court, actor Dileep on Monday documented an appeal to subdue the FIR for the situation and if that’s not possible, refer the case to the CBI.
In his appeal, Dileep said there is not sufficient proof against him in the new case that was enlisted somewhat recently in December and it emerged as a result of a trick between the investigating officer in the actress abduction case Byju Paulose and Balachandrakumar with the full information on the director-general of Police B. Sandhya and Crime Branch boss S. Sreejith. In his appeal, he states it is all conspiracy and since there is no proof against him, the FIR in the case should be quashed and if that’s not possible, then the case should be referred to the CBI.

The new disclosure came in December last year and soon the Crime Branch police enrolled a new case and looked for the custodial cross-examination of the actor, his sibling Anoop, brother in law Sooraj, manager Appu assumed name Krishnadas, and dear companion Byju Chengamanad, yet last month the court requested all from them to present themselves before the probe team for three days.
They were addressed from morning till evening for 33 hours and after a lot of hearings, last week Dileep and his associates got bail. All through the preliminary in the anticipatory bail request, the prosecution was determined to get the actor and his aides in custody, which was strongly opposed by the actor’s counsel.
The south Indian courageous woman had whined that she had been kidnapped and physically attacked by a pack of hooligans in 2017 and certain scenes were shot to blackmail her. After the main accused Sunil was arrested and questioned, Dileep was accused of being the main conspirator in the case and arrested. Dileep, who was in jail for two months in prison in 2017, had also seen the visuals of the attack on the actress.
The new case was also documented after revelations by his previous companion and director Balachandrakumar.
