Collaborations with brother Vijay Anand and legendary music director SD Burman birthed cinematic masterpieces. Dev Anand’s breakthrough as an actor came in 1946 with ‘Hum Ek Hai’ from Prabhat Talkies, paving the way for more opportunities.
