The release of KGF2 has been announced as one of the most awaited films by South Indian film lovers this year. KGF Chapter One is the first global hit from Kannada. KGF is an acronym for Collar Gold Field. The shooting of the second chapter of the KGF is progressing as it imagines the history of one of the collar gold mines. Directed by Prashanth Neel, Yash will play the lead role in the upcoming KGF series in five languages including Malayalam. Chapter 2 is scheduled for release on October 23.
Sanjay Dutt to play villain in KGF 2 Sanjay Dutt will be playing the villain in the first part. Raveena Tandon is also playing a lead role. Raveena is the prime minister of the 1970s. The film will not portray Indira Gandhi as a historical figure. According to sources, Raveena will be playing the role of Indira. The first part was able to get a business worth over Rs 200 crore.
