Kappella is the most debated movie in Malayalam cinema. The movie was released in theaters across Kerala on 6th March and had to be withdrawn for just 5 days when the movie closed due to Covid expansion. Now Kaphela owns Netflix for a huge amount.
In general, Netflix does not accept Malayalam cinema directly. Netflix has been directing and screening films like Aad 2 and I Prakashan which have been a big hit in theaters. Produced by Vishnu Venu under the banner of Kathaas Untold, actor Kaphela directed by Mohammed Mustafa has a large cast including Sreenath Bhasi, Roshan and Anna Ben.
