‘Thalaivi’ is a biographical drama that aims to show the multiple stages of late politician Jayalalithaa’s life. The trailer of movie shows that the film will give an insight into Jayalalithaa’s struggle while rising as a politician of Tamil Nadu and her acting journey will also be covered in the movie. It should have hit screens on April 23, but got deferred because of the COVID-19 pandemic and will presently hit the screens on September 10.
The Tamil version of the forthcoming political show has been cleared with a spotless ‘U’certificate. The film, which will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, has been created by Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Shaailesh R Singh.
