In the India Postal department, there are more than one lakh open positions. A notification about it has been issued by the national government. In 23 circles around the nation, the administration has authorized openings for vacant positions. According to the announcement made by India Post, there are 59,099 openings for postmen, 1445 for mail guards, and 37,539 for multi-tasking positions.
In addition to this, stenographer-related posts have also been approved circle-wise. In Andhra Pradesh, up to 1166 MTS positions, 108 mail guard positions, and 2289 postmen positions have been sanctioned. 1553 postmen, 82 mail guards, and 878 MTS have received approval under the Telangana circle.

Educational background: Candidates applying for these positions must have completed class 10 and possess computer literacy. Candidates must have completed their high school diploma or class of 12.
Age restriction: According to the Indian Postal Department, applicants must be at least 18 years old and no older than 32 years old.
