Prime Minister Narendra Modi held an all-party meeting on the India-China border dispute. In the meeting, all the parties talked about supporting the central government in dealing with China in unison. Regarding this, Home Minister Amit Shah said that when it comes to national security, the whole of India is one and an all-party meeting has expressed this message. He of the news agency PTI also said that this meeting exemplifies Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s commitment to take all political stakeholders together on major matters related to India’s strategic interests. The Home Minister said that all parties are proud of the armed forces of the country, their valor, and have full faith in protecting India’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Prime Minister Modi said that the whole country is hurt and angry by what China did on the border. Two days ago, the Prime Minister had warned China in a blunt manner that if India was provoked, a retort would be given. His strict attitude also appeared in the all-party meeting. He clearly said that India wants peace and friendship, but the sovereignty of the country is at the top. No agreement can be made with this. Modi said that our capacity has increased due to the newly constructed infrastructure on the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
