Qualification and Age Limit: Candidates having B. Tech or MSc in Maths can apply for recruitment to Risk Management posts. Along with this, 4 years of experience is mandatory. For the security post, one must have a graduation degree from a reputed institute of India. Similarly, candidates having BE, B.Tech, MCA, MSc, and MBA degrees can apply for other posts. Candidates will be selected through interviews and GD. Different age limits have been set for different posts in IDBE Bank.
How much will the salary be?
Different salaries will be given for different posts. Candidates selected for the post of Deputy General Manager Grade-D will be given an amount of Rs 1,90,000 as salary. Assistant General Manager Grade C will be given a salary of Rs 1,57,000 and Manager Grade B will be given a salary of Rs 1,19,000.
