‘Queen’, Hindi movie which was released in the year 2014, was a critically well acclaimed film. Kangana Ranaut played the lead role in this movie, she received a lot of appreciations and awards for this movie.
As the story of the movie ‘Queen’ was brilliant movie makers from the South Indian Cinema have remade the movie in all South Indian languages. Well known actor Ramesh Aravind directed the movie in Kannada and Tamil. Title of movie are ‘Butterfly’ in Kannada, ‘Paris Paris’ in Tamil , ‘That is Mahalakshmi’ in Telugu and ‘Zam Zam’ in Malayalam.
Kannada and Malayalam versions of the movie got U/A certificate from the censor board and are ready to release. But Telugu and Tamil versions have not got the Censor certificate yet because of the lockdown.
The crew has decided to get the Censor Certificate as soon as the lockdown gets over so they can release the movie in all four languages together .
