Harish Shankar will direct Kollywood actor Sivakarthikeyan

Actor Sivakarthikeyan, who has primarily seen in Tamil films, is now branching out into the Telugu market. The actor is expanding his market with the Telugu release of his most recent movie, Prince, and the Telugu language version of his upcoming movie, Maaveeran. Additionally, it’s rumored that Sivakarthikeyan and filmmaker Harish Shankar may collaborate on a movie with Dil Raju’s support.

However, the initiative hasn’t yet received an official announcement. Also unknown is if the project will be bilingual. Films by Harish Shankar include Gabbar Singh and Shock, to name a couple.

Sivakarthikeyan is currently working on Maaveeran, which is directed by Mandela-fame Madonne Ashwin. Aditi Shankar plays the female lead in the Telugu version of the movie, which will be titled Mahaveerudu. Sivakarthikeyan will also make an appearance in a Kamal Haasan-produced film with Rajkumar Periasamy as the director.

Online reports claim that Maaveeran‘s story has also been leaked. As a result, Sivakarthikeyan’s role in the action film is that of a cartoonist. It seems that anything he sketches comes to life in the movie. The rest of the plot is made up of how he handles the challenges that come with having this superpower. Don and Prince, the two films that Sivakarthikeyan released this year, both underperformed at the box office. It is therefore believed that his next film will end the actor’s string of failures.

On the other hand, Harish Shankar and Pawan Kalyan will work together on the movie Ustaad Bhagat Singh. However, it is unknown whether the movie will take place before or after the rumored Sivakarthikeyan production.
