Director SP Jananathan is in critical condition. He was found unconscious in a hotel room and was rushed to the hospital by filmmakers. He is being treated in the intensive care unit of Appolo hospital in Chennai.
He is currently directing Vijay Sethupathi starred ‘Labham’. Its editing work was in progress. Vijay Sethupathi will be seen in a double role in the film. Shruti Haasan is the heroine.
He was on his way to the hotel from the studio at lunchtime the previous day. He did not return to the studio after four o’clock and was found unconscious when his colleagues checked into a hotel room.
Jonathan is a National award-winning Tamil filmmaker. He was found unconscious in his house, his brother said that doctors have diagnosed blood clots in his brain.
