Dhanush sends a legal notice to a couple stating him his parents

Dhanush and his dad Kasthuri Raja have sent a legal notice to the couple, who have been professing to be the real guardians of the actor. Kathiresan and his significant other Meenakshi, the couple guaranteed that Dhanush is their third child who ran from home when he was a youngster to become a hero. In spite of the fact that Dhanush declined reports, the case has been happening in the court for quite a long time.

Presently, Dhanush and his father sent a legal notice to the couple through their advocates according to reports of ANI. The report was cited by ANI as, “My clients hereby call upon you both to desist from making false, untenable and defamatory allegations against them henceforth. Failing compliance my clients will be constrained to approach the competent Courts to protect their rights in this regard and to prevent you from carrying on and making such false, untenable, and defamatory allegations against them and you both will also be prosecuted for causing deformation and consequent loss of their reputation.”

Dhanush has also requested the couple to make a press note and clear all allegations and also apologize. The actor also stated that he will file a defamation case if not done so.

The court had before proposed Dhanush take a DNA test to determine the issue, however, he and his family declined the idea. Then, Dhanush was asked by the court to go a medical examination to verify his identification marks. However, the results of the same proved to be inconclusive.

In the meantime, Dhanush is preparing for the release of his forthcoming movie Thiruchitrambalam with director Mithran Jawahar which will hit the screens on July 1, 2022. The film is bankrolled by Sun Pictures and has music by Anirudh Ravichander.
