Pattas (transl. Firecrackers) is an up and coming Indian Tamil-language activity movie composed and coordinated by R. S. Durai Senthilkumar and delivered by Sathya Jyothi Films. The film highlights music created by Vivek-Mervin. It denotes the second collobaration among Dhanush and executive Durai Senthilkumar.
The motion poster of the film was released on 14 December 2019, with also announcing the release of the film. It features Dhanush in a father role.The film is scheduled to release on 16 January 2020, coinciding with the Pongal festival.
