Chiyaan Vikram announced Cobra trailer release date

Fans of Chiyaan Vikram all over the world may finally put an end to their impatient wait as the highly awaited action thriller film Cobra’s trailer will finally be released on August 25. The upcoming movie, which will be directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu of Demonte Colony and Imaikkaa Nodigal fame and produced by Lalit Kumar’s 7 Screen Studios, has been teased with an exciting and action-packed teaser that was released last year to enthusiastic reviews. All eyes will be on the Cobra trailer and what the team has created now that the movie has been scheduled for a worldwide cinema release on August 31. The teaser left everyone interested about the plot, which centres upon Vikram, who is playing the lead role of a genius mathematician.

Vikram shared a special poster announcing the release of the Cobra trailer on Twitter and stated, “And it’s around the corner. #CobraTrailer #Cobra @AjayGnanamuthu @SrinidhiShetty7 @IrfanPathan @roshanmathew22 @7screenstudio @dop_harish #CobraFromAugust31”. The film is carrying massive expectations as it also has former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan in its star cast, who is making his acting debut, with his character revealed to be a French Interpol officer. Cobra, which is being distributed by Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies, had to be delayed since Karthi’s most recent box office smash, Viruman, was released on August 11. Despite the short delay, there has been an increase in anticipation for the movie, and Chiyaan Vikram fans will no doubt be all over the world when the trailer debuts.

Srinidhi Shetty, the star of KGF is making her Tamil film debut. She is coupled with Vikram in Cobra, while key supporting parts are played by Miya George, the actress from Indru Netru Naalai, Mirnalini Ravi, Roshan Matthews, and KS Ravikumar, among others. The soundtrack for the movie was composed by Academy Award-winning composer A. R. Rahman.
