According to the report of Indian Express, it is necessary to bring at least 30 percent marks to pass the matriculation examination. That is, the student should have at least 30 marks out of 100 in each subject. The aggregate must be 150 digits. The student has to pass in all subjects except English and optional subject (optional subject) to be declared a pass. In practical subjects including social science and science, the student will be required to pass in both theory and internal assessment and for this at least 30 marks out of 100.
To improve Grace Marks’s policy pass percentage, Bihar Board has adopted the policy of giving grace marks. According to this, if a student fails with 8 percent or less numb in any one subject or 4-4 percent and less in two subjects, then he is promoted to the next class by giving a grace number. On the other hand, if a student scores a total of 75 percent (aggregate) and fails in any one subject by less than 10 percent, then he/she is declared a pass.
