Warning of super spread in other cities of Kerala like Thiruvananthapuram. The Indian Medical Association has warned of the possibility of super spread in other major cities of Kerala. Super spread is the rapid spread of covid from one person to eight or ten people.
IMA state president Dr. Kerr said that the situation of crowding, crowding in small rooms, and lack of hygiene could increase the risk of disease. Dr. P Gopakumar also clarified that the first super spread in Kerala was reported in Poonthura in Thiruvananthapuram district.
