Akilan SPR of Bharathi Kannamma’s popularity has now stopped TV to focus on a profession in films. The entertainer, who is essential for Prabhu Deva’s Bagheera, Veeramae Vaagai Soodum, and Pizza 3, says that he’d generally peered toward Kollywood.
“I was nibbled by the acting bug when I was doing my science certification. I generally enjoyed moving and engaging individuals, however, I viewed it up in a serious way when I was in school. I did a great deal of shorts, music recordings and joined koothu-p-pattarai. I was even essential for films as a lesser artiste like Iru Mugan and Trisha Illana Nayanthara to get a vibe of the business. Since I am an amateur, I needed to get contacts, as well,” he says.
Yet, around this time, he got a chance to act in the TV series Bharathi Kannamma. “Even though I didn’t play the lead, I got great acknowledgment and notoriety through the sequential. I was important for the show for a very long time, and since I chose to venture out into films full-time, I quit TV,” he says.
Akilan says that he has worked with directors as an AD and went to a few tryouts. He says, “I’m essential for Vishal’s Veeramae Vaagai Soodum. I completed the process of naming for the film, as well. Raveena plays my affection interest in the film. It is a significant job, which will exhibit a blend of sentiment and feelings. In Pizza 3, I play a somewhat intense person, an amazing job. In Adhik Ravichandran’s Bagheera, I will show up just for 10 minutes or something like that. It is an interesting succession, yet I am sure that it will enlist to crowds.”
The entertainer is additionally doing a web series. “I met crowds in their homes and I trust they come to watch me in the theater,” says an invigorated Akilan.
