Actress Anupama Parameswaran as the heroine of young actor Dhruv Vikram. Anupama and Dhruv are coming together in Mari Selvaraj’s film starring Dhruv Vikram. My 5th film starts with a bang and I am very happy to work with Pa Ranjith Anna, Neelam Studios, Applause Social and my good friend Aditi Anand, shared Mari Selvaraj.
Production house Applause Social noted, ‘Some partnerships redefine the game and this is one of them’. Mari Selvaraj’s epic sports drama also roped in Neelam Studios and underwent extensive training for the film. The first schedule of the film is being shot in Thoothukudi. The film brings to the audience the true-life story of an athlete from the hinterlands of Tamil Nadu who eventually wins the country’s highest sporting honour. Produced by director Pa Ranjith’s Neelam Productions, this film will come after ‘Aditya Varma’ and ‘Mahan’. Dhruv will be Vikram’s third film in his career. The shooting of the film will begin on March 15, 2024.
