Actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s funeral took place on Monday afternoon amid heavy rain at the Pawan Hans funeral of the Wiley Parle. Sushant’s father and his two sisters arrived from his hometown, Patna. Some of Sushant’s colleagues, Bollywood and television industry friends were also present along with fans who had come to get a final glimpse of Sushant. Among industry colleagues, Sushant’s girlfriend, actress Rhea Chakraborty, visited Cooper Hospital the previous day, where Susantha’s post-mortem was done.
At the funeral, Bollywood celebrities Raj Kumar Rao, Kriti Sanon, Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma and Vivek Oberoi. Abhishek Kapoor, Sushant’s debut film “Kai Po Che” and “Kedarnath” with wife Pragya Kapoor. Filmmaker Mukesh, director of Sushant’s next film “Dil Bechara”, was also present at the funeral.
It has been reported that police have allowed only 20 people to join the pyre, in order to maintain social distance , rules of covid19.
