Actor Basil George dies in car accident in Muvattupuzha!

Three persons, including a film star, were killed in a car accident near the Muvattupuzha highway near the Muvattupuzha highway. Four people were injured.

The deceased has been identified as George, 26, Iwale Ashwin Joy, 29, and Nithin Babu, 32, son of Sneha Decoration. The injured were Mathepallil Latheesh (32), Valarkam Gangattukudi Sagar Selvakumar, Rayon Sheikh, Amar Bilal and Jaydeep. Basil George was the hero of the movie Poovalliyum Kunjadum.

The crash happened around 9 pm on Sunday. The car which was coming from Ernakulam to Valakam was run out of control and rushed to the guest house. Three of the four people in the car died. The workers who were living in the garage and the adjoining room were the victims. They had closed the shop and were lying in their rooms. The car crashed into the wall and the electric post. The condition of the injured is critical.
