Actor and DMDK leader Vijayakanth was discharged from the hospital. Vijayakanth was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Chennai for weeks. A press release issued by DMDK says that he is in perfect health. The DMDK press release said, “We are happy to announce that Vijayakanth left the hospital in full health on Monday morning and returned home.”
