Like most of the movies, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was too kept on hold due to the Pandemic. Actors Kartik Aaryan and Tabu have now resumed the shoot for the same. The shoot is taking place in Mumbai. Kartik Aaryan shared his fans with a picture on Instagram. The photograph features him posing alongside Tabu.
“Begin Again #BhoolBhulaiyaa2,” Kartik Aaryan wrote as the caption, which currently has 797K likes on the photo-sharing website. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 also stars Kiara Advani. It is a sequel to a blockbuster 2007 film of the same name “Bhool Bhulaiyaa” starring Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan. The 2007 film was directed by Priyadarshan with supporting characters played by Ameesha Patel, Shiney Ahuja, Paresh Rawal, Manoj Joshi, Asrani, Rajpal Yadav. The Priyadarshan directorial was a remake of the 1993 Malayalam film Manichitrathazhu.
In the year 2007, Vidya Balan was playing the role of a woman possessed by a ghost, this time Tabu will replace the memorable character. Bhool Bhoolaiya was a psychological horror-comedy while Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 will be a proper horror-comedy.
The ‘Love Aaj Kal’ star took his official Instagram account to share the news with his 21.8 million followers. The film is being directed by Anees Bazmee. The film shoot went on hold after Aaryan tested positive for the coronavirus.
Aaryan Karthik will also be seen alongside Alaya F in the upcoming romantic thriller ‘Freddy’. Written by Farhad Samji and Aakash Kaushik. ‘The 30-year-old actor also has the film “Dhamaka” on his way, which is slated to release on an OTT platform. Kartik Aaryan was in the news for his controversial exit from the Karan Johar-produced “Dostana 2”.
