Aamir Khan will play a villain in Prashant Neel’s NTR 31

The talk in Tollywood is all about NTR 31. The filmmaker, KGF 1 & 2 fame Prashanth Neel, who is set to direct Jr NTR in his next titled NTR 31, is said to have spoken to none other than the perfectionist Aamir Khan. The director is said to have discussed a role for NTR 31, most likely that of an antagonist. It was also revealed that the actor was ecstatic about being offered the role.

Since the news broke, the social media handles of Jr NTR’s fan pages have been carrying it and spreading it like wildfire. Although nothing has been confirmed, the rumor has piqued the interest of Prashanth Neel, Aamir Khan, and Jr NTR fans. If the rumors are true, there is a lot to look forward to in terms of a brilliant cinematic experience involving top-tier actors and technicians.

It was fun to see them both try out the popular hook step of ‘Naatu Naatu’ back in Mumbai during RRR promotions. Aamir Khan and Jr NTR had previously met when Aamir was promoting the Hindi remake of Ghajini. Aamir Khan was most recently seen in Laal Singh Chaddha.

Meanwhile, Prashanth Neel is currently directing Salaar, a film starring Prabhas and set to be completed in early summer 2023. In addition, Jr NTR has agreed to work in a film with his Janatha Garage director Koratala Siva as his next project after Rajamouli’s RRR. Pre-production work on the film is currently underway. Jr NTR was most recently seen in the period action drama RRR, which became a worldwide sensation. It was directed by SS Rajamouli and starred Ram Charan in a supporting role.
