Protests have begun on social networking sites following the brutal death of 46-year-old African-American George Floyd in Minneapolis on May 25. The hashtags #blackouttuesday #blacklivesmatter have been starts and it’s getting viral.
South Indian celebrities like Samantha Akkineni and Trisha Krishnan posted on their social networking accounts with the hashtag #BlackouttTuesday. Actress Tamannaah Bhatia has also shared a powerful message about the #blacklivesmatter on her social networking accounts, delivering the message ‘All Lives Matter’.
